It was just over six years ago that Georgia M Carney began her mending ministry at the Gleaners Community Kitchen. Since then she has been ordained a Deacon, moved on to an entire new situation which includes sewing lessons, a shop and even more mending. Her ministry at The Kitchen goes on in Canandaigua with three women taking over the responsibilities, and her mission continues to spread. Thank you, Georgia, for sharing your gifts and your love.
